SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States is 3-5 business days, based on location. Tracking will be provided via email upon shipping. If a package becomes lost by the carrier, you will receive either a store credit for the amount of the sunglasses you ordered, or a replacement pair will be sent. Contact support at the bottom of the page to begin this process.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Products may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. The product must be in sellable condition, which is subject to the discretion of Select Shades LLC. Upon approval of a return, Select Shades LLC will process a refund within 3 business days. If you received product that is damaged, we will replace the damaged product.
