Returns & Exchange Policy (Online Orders)

We want you to love your shades — but if they’re not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To receive a full refund, items must be:

  • In perfect, unworn condition
  • Returned with all original cases, tags, and manufacturer-provided accessories
  • Shipped back in protective packaging

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and approved.

Select Shades reserves the right to determine acceptable condition and may deny returns that show signs of wear or are missing components. Items returned outside the 30-day window may be subject to store credit only, at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

  • Ray-Ban Meta smart eyewear is final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Warranty claims for defects must be handled directly with Luxottica.
  • “Green tag” merchandise and clearance items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged (if available) if returned in their original condition.

Order Discrepancies and Damage Claims:

  • All order discrepancies, missing items, or damage claims must be reported to Select Shades within 48 hours of delivery as shown by the tracking record.
  • Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Non-Delivery & Refused Packages:

  • Packages returned due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address, or unclaimed at the carrier’s facility may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% and original shipping costs may be non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention:

  • We reserve the right to request additional verification, including photo identification and proof of payment ownership, for high-value orders or those shipped to freight-forwarding facilities.
  • Orders found to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or returned after being used for resale purposes will be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.
